Once you have lodged your passport application online, you need to make an appointment at the Australian High Commission, Accra, Ghana, for a passport interview or to provide certain documents. Applicants are also required to print out the completed application form along with supporting documents for the interview.
In line with our Consular Sharing Agreement with the Canadians, applicants from our countries of accreditation (Burkina Faso, CDI, Mali and Senegal), may first contact the Canadian Embassy to have their identity verified, and then courier their application to Post, instead of attending the interview at Post.
If you require an emergency travel document, please contact the Australian High Comission, Accra.

Notarial service fees to increase from 1 January 2019
The Australian High Commission provides notarial services during normal consular hours. A full list of the current notarial service fees can be found here.
From 2018 onwards, notarial service fees will increase annually in line with the Consumer Price Index published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
For some services there are free alternatives available to clients, such as witnessing of documents by medical practitioners or police officers.
